A: The curtain motor and tracks come fully assembled, all you have to do is mount it to the ceiling or wall depending on your specification. Screws and mounts are provided. A video will be provided on installation and programming of the motor.
Q. Must I buy your curtain track if I buy your curtain motor?
A: Yes, every brand of motor in the market has their own compatible tracks. If you buy the motor from us and tracks from another place, we do not guarantee that it will work.
Q. Can I use an app to control the curtain?
A: Yes, it is an easy process to set up the Tuya app! Follow the instructions in the video.
Q. Can I use Google Home or Alexa?
A: Yes! After setting up the Tuya App, simply add the device into your Google Home/ Alexa network and say “Hey Google, open the curtain”!
